This 30-day immersion experience will be customized based on the needs of the retreat attendees as a whole.

In the meantime, here is a general idea of what to expect:

  • 1 x Group Satsang & Support call/week for 4 weeks (most likely starting the Friday or Saturday after the retreat is over)
  • 4 x weeks online burnout rescue training
  • 4 x weeks home “play” commitments

Although each weekly support call will be recorded & sent to all in attendance, we highly recommend attending the calls live whenever possible so that you can ask questions, be in community with the rest of the group, & make the most out of our time together by carving out this valuable & precious time for yourself in advance. 🙂

What’s NOT Included:

Meals & Food Sensitivities:

All meals will be healthy, organic & FREE of animal protein, gluten, dairy, sugar, & soy.

If other dietary & allergy needs must be adhered to, please let your retreat host know upon registering for this event what those might be. We will do our best to support you but because it’s extremely difficult to promise that we can accommodate ALL allergen needs, please note that you may be asked to bring additional food & snacks with you for meals that we aren’t able to accommodate. Thank you for understanding!

Friday dinner & Saturday lunch & dinner will be prepared by your retreat hosts with love. Saturday & Sunday breakfast will be served continental style with a supplement of homemade organic oatmeal.

Tentative Schedule for the Weekend Retreat:

FRIDAY (5 pm start): Check-in between 3-5 pm, dinner at 5:30 pm, evening welcome gathering & late night sauna & hot spring soaking!

SATURDAY: Early morning movement session, breakfast, late morning empowerment session, healthy organic lunch, “free flow” time, dinner, evening movement session, & late night sauna & hot spring soaking!

SUNDAY (12 pm finish): Early morning movement session, breakfast, room check-out by 10:30 am, late morning empowerment & farewell gathering, retreat ends at 12 pm, & you leave feeling nurtured, happy, relaxed, & fulfilled!

  • LODGING IS DOUBLE OCCUPANCY! Due to the community-building nature of this retreat, retreat price covers double-occupancy room & board unless other arrangements are made.   • PAYMENT PLANS! If need be, payment plans ARE available to spread out your investment in yourself. Simply submit your first payment of $233 below to secure your registration. From there you will be contacted by your retreat host Jess Bonasso to determine your remaining payment schedule.

*NOTE: Payment for the retreat must be paid in FULL prior to the retreat. 

Participant Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations on or before 3/1/2018 will be issued a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee!
  • Cancellations after 3/1/2018 will be issued a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee!

Retreat Cancellation Policy:

In the event that the retreat is cancelled, you will be notified of cancellation & refunded your investment in full on or before the last day of registration which is Saturday, 3/17.

The trigger went off and I found myself reaching into a place I hadn’t been in a really long time, remembering why I love cooking and why I do what I do and love it. Meaning putting myself as a priority and loving myself. I am literally falling in love with myself again and it’s one of the best feelings along with my family noticing it and making our family so tight net even more than we were before because of me just being open hearted and taking the tools I already had but with the help of Jess learning how to use those tools….. they are powerful.

I beyond LOVE Jess and everything she has helped me with and continues to help me with. She is so magical with her healing ways that only goddesses maintain. I have never walked away from a doctor, therapist, natural healers of all sorts, feeling this great and like a direction to go…… she’s the real deal and the resources and her network of people around her supply everything you need to love yourself……. like really love yourself. About Your Retreat Facilitators:

Jess Bonasso, otherwise known as The Self Care Goddess. Jess is a Burnout Rescue coach, author, & keynote speaker, & creator of The Burnout Rescue! a powerful & proven 5-part survival guide & road map for empowering burned out women to break free of the self-sabotage & trauma that leads to burnout & breakdown so they can LOVE themselves, THRIVE in life, & SHINE their light!

 She is also an accredited practitioner of The Journey Method®, a highly effective form of cellular memory release therapy that has the power to resolve the root cause of unresolved pain, trauma & self-sabotage at a cellular level.

As a registered yoga teacher (RYT), she also enjoys teaching yoga in her spare time & lives in Lakewood, CO with her amazing man & 2 dogs. She also loves cooking, walking, hiking, camping, & connecting with like-minded women!

Charmaine Stattman is a registered yoga teacher, massage therapist, and Reiki Master. She has been offering massage and yoga therapy services to the community for over 15 years.

Yoga, energy work and massage therapy has changed her life in so many ways, on both the giving and receiving end.  She works closely with self-care practitioners, chiropractors and athletic sports trainers to increase awareness for herself and her clients. 

Her hobbies include yoga, meditation, hiking, biking, dancing, reading, coloring, laughing, enjoying time with friends and family, and loving her life!

 081113Val_17Valerie Stillman has been passionate about holistic healing since moving to Colorado in 2003.  Among other things, she is a Reiki master, Journey Practitioner and offers intuitive energy work.  She and her husband co-hosted a weekly guided meditation and movement event for their community in Boulder for almost two years.  All of her offerings are inspired by her own direct healing experience in each of these modalities. 

In her free time, Valerie is an avid lover of the Colorado life-style…spending as much time in nature as possible, whether it be on foot in the mountains, in her kayak, on skis or hiking with a backpack on.  And when she’s not doing that you’ll likely find her dancing somewhere or enjoying quiet nights with her husband and fostering kittens.
